Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University (Bozeman), John packed up his truck and drove to Nashville. With no connections and little to no money, he founded Bridger Design + Build in June of 2022. Since then, John hasn’t looked back – and looks forward to serving Middle Tennessee for years to come. One of John’s favorite sayings in business and in life is “Positive things happen to Positive people.”
In his free time, John enjoys hanging out with family, friends and his dog Buddy. On a fall weekend, you’ll likely find him at Lucas Oil Stadium watching the Indianapolis Colts play. Sorry, Titans fans!

Fredy was Bridger’s very first employee. He embodies all of the values Bridger stands for. Hard working, reliable, genuine and humble. He is the engine to all of our projects – and when you find him on the job site, he’ll always have a smile on his face. Fredy is from Guatemala and loves watching soccer in his free time.
Kate Martin
Business Analyst
Kate is a recent graduate of the University of Mississippi. She oversees the Sales & Marketing of Bridger and is very passionate about building long-lasting relationships with colleagues and customers. In her free time, Kate enjoys playing pickleball and reading.
Roberto Gavarrete

When you talk about perfection and quality here at Bridger, Roberto’s name will most certainly be brought up. Roberto was Bridger’s second employee and has a sole responsibility of evaluating quality control. Roberto is from Honduras and loves watching his family grow with him in Nashville.
